This free ebook announcement came through my twitter feed so I jumped on it. 9 Principles of Killer Dashboards is great read and not too long. I will definitely refer to it if I have a dashboard to build. But, I will hopefully be tailoring these principles to the needs of a small nonprofit.
Principles #4 Iterate and #8 Make it Beautiful are my favorite.
